Specialist employment solicitor Laura Ramos has been appointed to regional law firm Wards Solicitors’ disputes team to build on its breadth of services and support for individuals and businesses.
Laura, pictured, specialises in all areas of employment law with a particular focus on dispute resolution.
An experienced litigator, she has a successful track record in Employment Tribunal work, representing both employers and employees, and deals with all types of claims, from breach of contract and unfair dismissal through conduct, capability or redundancy, to discrimination and whistleblowing.
Laura, who qualified in 2020, joins Wards from DAS Law, where she advised with a wide range of clients, including local authorities, charities and small and medium-sized businesses as well as individual employees.
Prior to that she worked for Ince Metcalfe (now Ince) in Bristol.
Laura, who will be working in Wards’ Bristol office, said: “I am very excited to join Wards and its highly reputable disputes team.
