Upmarket clothing distributors Toll Global Forwarding have acquired a 10,276 sq ft unit on the Hazelmere Industrial Estate off Third Way, Avonmouth. It includes 412 sq ft of office accommodation along with external car/ lorry parking.
Headquartered in Hong Kong, Toll Global Forwarding offers services ranging from traditional freight forwarding to bespoke supply chain solutions. It has more than 5,000 employees and a worldwide network of more than 70 offices in 30 countries.
Commercial property specialists Colliers International organised the acquisition. Tim Davies, head of the Bristol office, said it represented further inroads into the acquisitions sector alongside Colliers' disposal work. He added: “In these tough economic times we have to be as flexible as possible and we have been encouraged by a marked increase in acquisition work.”
