Commercial property consultancy Knight Frank has recruited two new members to its Bristol valuations team.
Adam Martin joins as an associate from JLL in Bristol, where he provided valuation and consultancy advice to banks, local authorities, property developers and student accommodation operators. Prior to this he worked with Knight Frank in London.
Sian Morris joins as a specialist in institutional consultancy, having relocated from the Knight Frank London office. She will provide valuation advice for banks, occupiers, charities and investment funds on properties such as schools, colleges and training centres.
Knight Frank’s valuations team head in Bristol, Steve Hawkins, said: “The appointments further strengthen our growing team and are in response both to overall levels of activity in the market, and to the demand we are attracting as an increasingly important member of the Bristol commercial property community.”
Knight Frank provides comprehensive commercial valuation and market appraisal services across the UK, signing off in excess of £200bn worth of assets a year and advising on a range of valuation projects from single sites through to entire portfolios.
