Regional law firm Michelmores’ Bristol office has been boosted with the arrival of Sarah Phillips and Matt Verrell as associates.
Sarah, pictured, joins the firm’s planning team after nearly three years in an in-house general counsel role at Bristol property developer Urbis Living. She previously worked in the Bristol offices of law firms CMS Cameron McKenna and Clarke Willmott.
Sarah advises on a range of planning and environmental matters, including initial strategic advice, co-ordinating applications, judicial review, negotiating and drafting planning and highway agreements, and carrying out due diligence on sites.
Matt, pictured, joins Michelmores’ banking, restructuring & insolvency team from Fladgate in London, having previously trained and qualified with Allen & Overy. He will work alongside banking, restructuring & insolvency team members on a wide variety of finance matters.
