Accountancy, investment management and tax group Smith & Williamson has made three senior promotions in its Bristol office.
Faye Hall has been made a director while Helen Bassett and Jane Grimsted have been promoted to associate director.
Faye Hall heads Smith & Williamson’s forensic services team in Bristol and has more than 18 years’ specialist forensic accounting experience in top 10 UK accountancy firms.
Her practice centres on valuation and expert witness services within divorce proceedings and commercial disputes and she has close connections with leading litigation and matrimonial lawyers and barristers across the UK.
Helen Bassett began her career as an accounts apprentice more than 15 years ago, developing her career at Smith & Williamson to become a key adviser to entrepreneurs, SMEs and scale-up businesses.
She heads Smith & Williamson’s growing business outsourcing services team in Bristol, which is experiencing increased demand from businesses looking to outsource all areas of their accounting, VAT, payroll and company secretarial compliance – all made ever-easier by the efficiencies of the Cloud.
Jane Grimsted advises companies and international groups on a wide range of audit, assurance and compliance issues.
She brings to her clients 20 years’ experience of working at Smith & Williamson in various departments, including corporate finance, ensuring they receive added insights and a comprehensive, joined-up service.
