Bristol-headquartered asset management consultancy Imagile Professional Services Limited (IPSL) has taken on three new staff members as it continues to grow.
The firm, which provides a range of professional services to the construction sector including project management, cost consulting and safety, health and environment (SHE), has recruited Ben Forward as sector head of construction delivery – South, Philippa Kilgallon as a SHE advisor and Bethan Gowling as an assistant lifecycle manager.
In his new role Ben, pictured, will focus on IPSL’s projects in the South of England, where the company is seeking to expand its offering. He will be responsible for overseeing the firm’s entire southern construction delivery service and managing all the employees within the south.
IPSL said Ben brought a wealth of project management experience to the business, having worked in a number of key roles over the past 12 years.
After graduating from UWE in 2002, he went on to work for a number of major companies, including real estate group Telereal Trillium, utility firm Engie and, most recently, support services and construction group Interserve.
Philippa will help implement construction, design and management regulations and building regulations across the firm’s construction projects throughout the UK, while Bethan’s appointment is a key one for the firm as it looks to grow its lifecycle planning department. She will be based in IPSL’s Daresbury, Cheshire office.
The group, which was established in 2017, also has offices in London, Glasgow and Huddersfield.
IPSL managing director Luke Body said: “It’s certainly an exciting time to join us and Ben, Philippa and Bethan all bring something unique and fantastic to their new roles.
“This year is already shaping up to be a great one and each of our new recruits has an integral role to play within their departments. I’m excited to continue expanding our services in the South and delivering exceptional results for clients.”
IPSL’s clients operate across a wide range of infrastructure sectors. It acts on behalf of public and private sector organisations, and public-private partnerships (PPP). It is also been involved in the ‘handback’ of PFI (private finance initiative) infrastructure projects as they come to the end of their original contract.
