CBRE, the international real estate advisor, has boosted the property management team in its Bristol office with three appointments as it continues to expand its offering in the region.
Emily Clarke, pictured right, takes on the role of associate director, while Hannah Marshall, pictured below left, and Daphne Luke, pictured below right, join as senior surveyors.
Further changes to the team include the promotion of associate director Kristen Miskella to director and senior surveyor Sam Brookbank to associate director, plus Anna Lambourne to surveyor following the successful completion of her AssocRICS qualification, which makes her an associate member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Alex Quicke also joins CBRE in Bristol via the company’s graduate scheme and will be completing his first rotation in property management.
Daphne will join Sam in focusing on the retail market, including the management of regional shopping centres such as The Mall at Cribbs Causeway, plus Festival Place, Basingstoke and Cardiff’s Capital Shopping Park.
Emily, Hannah and Kristen will manage assets across all sector types for institutional clients such as CBRE Global Investors, M&G, AXA, Picton and Cordatus.
CBRE senior director Peter Craske, who heads the property management team, said: “I’m really excited to lead the continued growth of this core service offering within the Bristol office.
“We’re lucky to have an excellent pool of talent here, due to the two universities and Bristol’s appeal as a place to live.
“Our close proximity to London enables us to provide a first-class service to our clients across all asset classes within the South West and beyond.”
CBRE Bristol managing director Tom Morris added: “Our new colleagues have made a real impact to the office already and are a great fit to our growing team.”
CBRE employs more than 75,000 in around 450 offices worldwide. It offers a broad range of integrated services spanning facilities, transaction and project management to property management and sales.
