Bristol-based creative firm Studio Giggle has been named as the South West’s top brand and corporate film agency and one of the best in the UK.
The studio, which creates spectacular events for clients such as OVO, Sky, Facebook and Google, was ranked as the UK’s 12th best agency of its kind in a new industry Top 50 table. 
Their ranking is a 37-place increase from its position in 2019 - the last time the report was conducted – and also positions it as number one in the region.
The UK Top 50 in Brand and Corporate Film report was produced by Moving Image, the independent hub for insights about brand video, corporate film and video marketing, and EVCOM, the body that celebrates the success of Britain’s creative industries.
The fiercely competitive report provides an independent and objective approach to recognising the most successful businesses in brand video and corporate film.
Results were determined by using objective metrics and avoiding value judgments based on personal opinions or views on creativity.
Instead, the report took into account more than 60 data points which were then categorised against four key criteria – revenue, recognition by industry peers, awards won and volume of projects delivered.
Studio Giggle founder and creative director Steve Garratt said the agency was thrilled with the result.
“It is a testament to the hard work of our incredible team over the last three years. Since 2019 we’ve doubled in size, won a number of high-profile global clients and developed our business, allowing us to provide hybrid and virtual events, unreal realtime animation and extended reality events,” he added.
“We’re very proud of our Bristol heritage and are incredibly proud to be able to represent the South West in amongst much larger, London-based creative agencies.”
This rankings follow a successful year for Studio Giggle, including winning a Gold, Silver and Bronze award at the EVCOM Live and Film Awards.
