TLT, the Bristol-headquartered national law firm, has promoted six associates to partners in its commercial services and banking & lender services groups.
The promotions, in its Bristol, London, Belfast and Manchester offices, take the number of partners at the firm to over 100 for the first time.
The move follows the promotion of 12 associates to legal director – a new role that aims to recognise the diversity of experience across the associate community – and 14 solicitors to associate this year.
The new partners are corporate lawyer Alice Gardner, banking and financial services disputes lawyers James Chadwick and Paul Gair, technology & IP lawyer David Gardner, banking & restructuring lawyer Richard Houliston and commercial disputes lawyer Sian Ashton.
Senior partner Robert Bourns said: “This year’s promotions demonstrate continued growth across all our UK offices and core areas of expertise.
“The firm is growing quickly with ambitious plans for the future. Success depends on our clients recognising value in what we do and our people collaborating to better support each other and deliver effectively for our clients.
“As in earlier years those now promoted have the ability, vision and drive to help the firm build sustainable long-term growth and deliver a market-leading experience for our clients and our people.”
