The employment team at TLT, the Bristol-headquartered national law firm, is expanding with the arrival of partner Esther Smith.
Esther, 
, who joins from Southampton firm Thomas Eggar, is the third partner hire for the growing national team in a month.
Partner and head of TLT's employment, pensions & incentives group Stuart McBride said: “Local businesses are facing a new raft of employment laws including pension auto-enrolment and changes to family friendly legislation.
“They need to be on top of these issues to avoid time consuming and expensive workplace disputes and tribunal claims.
“Esther’s expertise will help us offer further support to the Bristol business community as it looks to understand and tackle the complex and changing world of employment law.”
Esther has more than 14 years’ experience advising on the full range of employment relations issues, including restructures, the implementation of change programmes; the defence and settlement of employment tribunal claims, negotiating senior exits and client training.
