Pete Snowman runs Bristol Cider Shop on Christmas Steps, which was recently named Independent Cider Retailer of the Year 2015. He is busy planning the shop’s annual Cider and Sausage Festival, which takes place at the Trinity Centre on 2nd – 3rd May.
