Thatchers Cider has signed a three-year deal with Bath Rugby as the club’s official cider partner. The North Somerset cider maker's logo will be displayed on Bath team jerseys and there will be branding at the Recreation Ground including the re-naming of the north stand as the Thatchers Stand. Thatchers will also have the exclusive cider pouring rights for its range of traditional ciders at the ground.
Thatchers is also sponsoring Rugby Mondays – the club’s Monday night matches featuring its second team, Bath United.
“This is great news for Thatchers. We are looking forward to developing the relationship, and exploring new opportunities where we can involve our customers, consumers and our local communities," said managing director Martin Thatcher.
