Bristol law firm TLT has advised the giant Swiss kitchen equipment group Franke Artemis on its acquisition of Dart Valley Systems, the Paignton-based specialist in water-saving technology for commercial washrooms.
The deal, financial details of which have not been disclosed, strengthens Franke Artemis’ UK presence in the UK, where it mainly sells kitchen sinks, taps and cooker hoods.
The TLT team was coordinated by corporate associate Alice Gardner, pictured, and included head of real estate and partner Andrew Glynn, as well as head of tax and partner Nathan Williams.
General counsel at Franke Artemis Group Martin Wyser said: "We were delighted with the advice and support that we received from the team at TLT. They worked closely with us throughout the process and focused on the delivery of our objectives."
TLT partner and head of its corporate team John Wood added: "The Franke Artemis Group is an experienced buyer of legal services across the globe and appointed TLT because of our track record of delivering first-rate results for corporate clients."
The Franke Artemis Group is the world-leading provider of intelligent systems for domestic kitchens, professional foodservice, coffee preparation, drinks machines and hygiene services with around 10,000 staff in more than 40 countries. Last year it turned over £1.7bn.
TLT's corporate team acts for a raft of UK and international blue-chip clients.
