Global real estate advisor Colliers International has expanded its national capital markets team in Bristol with the appointment of Carys Allen as a surveyor.
Carys previously worked with rival JLL in Bristol for nearly two and a half years, where she gained experience in property and asset management, office agency, development and valuation advisory. She graduated from UWE in 2016 and also worked as a trainee surveyor with Sanderson Weatherall.
In her new role she will work on a diverse range of real estate transactions, including sales and acquisitions of investment property across all the major property classes in the South West.
Colliers national investment team director Richard Coombs said: “Carys’s diverse skill set is exactly what we need to advise our ever increasing local and national client base. The team enjoyed record growth last year and we are determined to build on this.”
