Juice Recruitment, the West of England employment agency with an office in Bristol, is looking to grow its branch network as the region’s jobs market continues to strengthen.
Between January and March the firm recorded its highest number of recruits securing permanent positions – up 32% year-on-year – since it was launched 18 years ago.
The number of permanent job placements available was up by 22% from the last quarter of 2015 while candidate registrations were also up 22% from the end of last year.
Founder and managing director Emma Summers, pictured, said there had been significant increases across all divisions of the business, which recruits staff for sales, HR, creative, office, accountancy, financial services and temping roles.
The Bath-headquartered firm’s Bristol clients include charity fundraiser Ethicall and outsourced customer service firm Teleperformance. It also works with Wessex Water, Ecotricity, Lovehoney, Bath Rugby and newspaper group Local World. It also has offices in Trowbridge and Cheltenham.
Emma said: “We are proud to be representing some of the South West’s prolific brands and have recently seen the most amazing opportunities being registered.
“The South West is a hub of fantastic businesses and exciting opportunities and with Juice Recruitment working with so many progressive companies locally, we are sourcing candidates who have the skill set, energy and passion to add enormous value to our clients.”
The confident start to the year has also led to investment in new branding and a new easy-to-use website – both designed by Cheltenham-based MW Media. Investment is also going into its four branches with plans to open more later this year. The company is looking at possible sites in Oxford, Exeter and Cardiff.
Emma said: “2016 has seen such a positive start and we wanted to take advantage of that energy. Juice Recruitment has a long established reputation in the South West as the go-to place for staffing needs and we want to continue to build on that.”
