National law firm Clarke Willmott continues to grow its Bristol-based personal injury team with the appointment of Marguarita Tyne, who joins as a partner from the Bristol office of Simpson Millar.
Marguarita, pictured, who has more than 20 years’ experience, specialises in high-value, severe clinical negligence claims, in particular brain injury trauma, delayed cancer diagnosis, orthopaedic mismanagement, surgical error and gynaecological injuries. 
She is accredited as a specialist under The Law Society’s Clinical Negligence Accreditation Scheme and named as a leading individual in her field by both respected legal directories Chambers UK and Legal 500.
Marguarita acts only for claimants and has represented clients nationally and regionally in many complex clinical negligence cases. She has vast experience across a wide range of medical areas.
