Bristol-based internet marketing firm Sift Digital has relocated to the newly-refurbished office building The Quorum on the edge of the city centre.
The firm, which earlier this year demerged from Bristol-based business publisher Sift, has taken nearly 5,000 sq ft in the building on a five year lease with a three-year break.
The Quorum, pictured, a distinctive five-storey office building on Bond Street close to the Old Market roundabout, was acquired by Commercial Estates Group (CEG) from Aviva Investors last year for £6.75m.
Since then CEG has refurbished the 65,566 sq ft building, which has a range of tenants including Echo Managed Services and label supplier Planglow.
Sift Digital was represented by the Bristol office of property agents Colliers International.
Its national offices director James Preece said: “The Quorum has been the subject of a programme of refurbishment by CEG and this was a factor in the appeal of these premises, which also benefit from proximity to Bristol city centre and the M32.”
Sift Digital’s demerger from Sift and its continued expansion meant it needed to relocate from its former parent company’s premises at Bridge House and acquire its own office space.
The firm, owned by Sift shareholders, provides consultancy and technology services to over 50 organisations.
