Seven more staff for BDO’s fast-growing Bristol global outsourcing team

Accountants BDO’s global outsourcing operation, one of the South West’s largest, has appointed seven new recruits after achieving a 25% increase in annual revenue.

Joining the Bristol office team, which provides assurance services for service charge accounts, are Hattie Nuttall, Natalie Tanner, Solene Hie, Sarah Beare, Thomas Mansell, Ronan Brophy and Sophie Brown. BDO will also be taking on two graduate trainee executives in September.

Hattie Nuttall has as a senior executive from her previous role as senior accountant at Dyson in Malmesbury; Natalie Tanner and Sophie Brown, also senior executives, join the firm from PKF and Grant Thornton respectively. 

Lead partner for the global outsourcing team in Bristol, Duncan Ashman, said: “Our success is due to the quality of service we offer and the calibre of our staff. We are extremely pleased to welcome our newest recruits to the team.

“We are focused on ensuring our clients’ local accountancy and compliance requirements are met in whichever countries they are based, leaving their in-house teams free to focus on the fundamentals of running a multi-national concern.”

The team represents multi-national companies looking to outsource their accountancy and compliance services to local experts in the countries where they are based. BDO delivers this local service through its network of more than 1,000 offices in 135-plus countries, with the over-arching relationship managed and co-ordinated by key contacts based in Bristol.
