South West property consultancy Alder King has appointed Josh Bryant as a senior surveyor in its Bristol-based lease advisory team.
Josh, pictured, has joined the firm after four years with rival Lambert Smith Hampton in Bristol, where he advised local, regional and national clients across the South West on all aspects of commercial leasing. 
He will work alongside partner Andrew Watson, who leads Alder King’s lease advisory team.
Andrew said: “Josh joins us at a time of increasing demand for lease advisory services and is a great addition to the team, bringing sound relevant experience and enthusiasm to the role.
“He will be advising our landlord and tenant clients on rent reviews, lease renewals and lease re-gears across a broad range of commercial property types.”
