Business and financial advice firm Grant Thornton has promoted two managers in its South West public sector assurance (PSA) team to senior positions.
Alex Walling and Geraldine Daly have been appointed associate directors in the practice, which provides external audit services to NHS bodies and local authorities.
Alex, based in Grant Thornton’s Bristol office, joined the firm from the Audit Commission, where she worked for more than 20 years, initially in Birmingham and then in Bristol.
Geraldine is based in Grant Thornton’s Truro hub. She joined from a top 10 firm in January 2012 and has worked as an auditor across London, the South East and the South West.
