Creative agency Workbrands has been awarded the seal of approval for another year by the RAR (Recommended Agency Register).
A major accolade in the agency world, the RAR uniquely measures the level of customer satisfaction by asking clients to rate their agency against several key criteria, including client service, creativity/innovation, effectiveness, strategic thinking, value for money and its ability to deliver on time and on budget.
Details relating to key clients, resources, key staff, sector experience, case histories and company finances are also gathered.
The RAR, run by The Drum magazine, believes that customers are the best judge of any product or service. Each supplier is recommended for the services clients specifically recommend in the research, ensuring key strengths are accurately highlighted in every case.
Bristol-based Workbrands has been recommended for a plethora of its services: branding design, campaign planning, copywriting, digital animation, direct marketing creative, event production, exhibition design, infographics design, online creative, online video production, presentation design, print design, reports, social media content and web design.
Marketing & content manager Emma Jones said: “We’re thrilled to have been recommended for another year – a big thanks to all our clients that took the time to rate us. Here’s to another year of creating some wonderful work.”
