Fast-growing Bristol recruitment firm Opus Professional Services Group has opened an office in Manchester – its sixth – as it continues to expand its global network.
The office, in the city’s Spinningfields business district, will be home to Opus Recruitment Solutions, the founding brand within the group. Additional services will be added next year. 
It will enable Opus to expand further into the North of England, which had previously been covered from its Bristol HQ.
Founded in 2008, the Opus Professional Services Group has since grown rapidly and now has offices in Bristol, London, Manchester, Sydney, Amsterdam and New York. Further expansion is likely to include offices in the Far East.
The group operates several different recruitment service offerings including Opus IT, Baltimore Consulting, Hinton Spencer Architecture, Avion and JDR Energy.
The group has been recognised by the Virgin Fast Track 100 for four years.
Director Richard Thexton has been recruited by the Opus Professional Services Group to head the Manchester office. He previously built and managed successful teams within SThree.
