Wealth management firm Rathbones’ Bristol office is supporting city hospital charity Above & Beyond’s Christmas campaign to help create a lasting legacy for patients, staff and the community.
As the NHS charity for University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust (UHBW), Above & Beyond funds projects over and above what the NHS can provide. 
Rathbones has supported the charity’s Christmas Star Concert for the past five years but, as it has been cancelled this year due to the pandemic, the firm is instead supporting its Christmas campaign: 2020. A Year Like No Other.
Rathbones regional director James Fox, who is also an Above & Beyond trustee, said: “Our support of Above & Beyond and Bristol city centre hospitals fits in with our ethos of doing the right thing for our clients and for others too.
“We keep the future in mind when we make decisions today, which is why it’s so important for us to support our Bristol NHS, especially this year which has been particularly challenging for staff at the hospitals.
“Everyone at Rathbones is proud to make this wider contribution to society and to create a lasting legacy.”
Last year the team in Rathbones’ Bristol office decorated the Christmas tree at Bristol Cathedral ahead of the Christmas Star Concert.
