A prestigious self-contained office building in Bristol’s historic Queen Square has come onto the market.
No 3, a 2,148 sq ft, Grade II*-listed building, contains many original period features and has office accommodation from the ground floor to the third. It also boasts category five cabling and on-site parking. The building is being advertised with a rent of £12.50 per sq ft.
Richard Wright, offices specialist at property agents Colliers International, which is marketing the building, said: “Queen Square is one of Bristol's most sought after business addresses and is reputed to be Europe’s largest Georgian square.”
A council decision to remove through traffic and buses from the square 10 years ago transformed it into a prestige office location, attracting legal firms and banks including Barclays and Handelsbanken, as well being the setting for music and arts festivals.
