Rosanna Lake has joined property agents CBRE’s Bristol office as a graduate surveyor – one of 27 taken on nationally by the firm this year as part of its in-house development programme.
Rosanna, pictured, graduated from Nottingham University with a 2:1 in Economics and Spanish BA (hons) and is on course for a distinction in a masters in Real Estate Management at the University of the West of England (UWE). Her dissertation examines The decline of the high street.
Rosanna’s appointment takes to 37 the number of CBRE staff in Bristol working across a wide range of commercial and residential services.
Rosanna said: “At CBRE I have the opportunity to experience a wide range of property sectors before choosing an area of specialisation, as well as working towards my further qualifications in a structured, professional and supportive environment.”
Outside of work Rosanna has just taken up cycling – a sport CBRE is heavily involved in, having just organised the Bristol Property Agents Association’s annual cyclosportive event.
