Commercial property consultancy Knight Frank has promoted two members of its Bristol office team.
Joanna Crofts, an associate and South West and South Wales head of property asset management (PAM), has been made a partner while Emma Cowlrick is now an associate in the valuations team. 
Joanna, pictured right, joined Knight Frank as a graduate in 2004 and in 2014 joined the PAM team, which manages key industrial, office and retail buildings across the South West and South Wales on behalf of landlords.
She has been heading the team, which provides a range of management services for landlords – including managing rents and arrears, service charges, facilities management and tenant liaison – since 2018.
Among the high-profile properties it manages are Bristol office schemes Castlemead, One Glass Wharf, One Castlepark and 1 Victoria Street, as well industrial developments such as the 268-acre Central Park warehouse and distribution park at Avonmouth and the Abbey Wood retail park at Filton.
Joanna said: “I am delighted to receive this recognition. Recent conditions across the country, from storms in the early part of the year to the current coronavirus lockdown, provide very real challenges to managing commercial property and we are proud that we have continued to maintain an excellent service throughout.”
Emma, pictured right, joined Knight Frank’s valuation team last year. It provides formal valuations of commercial property for a range of clients including financial institutions, lenders, private individuals, funds, property companies and the public sector.
