National wealth management and professional services group Evelyn Partners has strengthened its business support and restructuring teams in Bristol with a new manager appointment and several promotions.
Accountant Camilla Foden joins the group’s advisory consulting team as a manager from Stroud-based green energy pioneer Ecotricity, where she was a senior finance business partner.
Prior to that, she was an accountant at financial technology company Zip Co in New Zealand, having originally trained with accountancy group EY in Bristol.
Evelyn Partners’ advisory consulting team provides a range of business turnaround and financial management solutions to organisations.
Partner Claire Burden, who leads the team in Bristol and is also a board member of the Institute for Turnaround (IFT), said Camilla had great experience in the renewable energy and fintech sectors, helping organisations improve their financial management and environmental reporting.
“Her expertise will be in great demand among our many clients in these fast-growing sectors,” she added.
Meanwhile Charlotte Davis and Jo-Anne Jenks have been promoted to managers in the firm’s restructuring and recovery services team. Their colleague Keira Shortland becomes an assistant manager.
Evelyn Partners was formed last June following the merger of Smith & Williamson with Tilney. It is the UK’s leading integrated wealth management and professional services group with £53bn of assets under management, making it the UK’s fifth largest professional services firm by fee income.
Bristol is one of 28 towns and cities across the UK where it has a presence.
