International commercial property agency Cushman & Wakefield has made five promotions in its Bristol office.
Chris Yates, pictured, who works in the logistics & industrial team, and Sophia Sham, pictured, from its healthcare team, have both been made up to partner.
At the same time Kasia Glaz, also part of the healthcare team, Rory Sergeant, in the project & development services team, and Seonaid Butler, a member of the office agency team, have all been promoted to associate.
The Bristol promotions are among 80 made by the firm across a range of markets, skill lines and functions in its UK offices.

Cushman & Wakefield is one of the world’s largest real estate businesses with 48,000 staff in 400 offices across 70 countries. It employs 40 staff at its Bristol office on Redcliff Street.
