Global property agency DTZ has promoted Sarah James-Nock, a member of its Bristol-based retail asset management team, to senior surveyor.
Sarah, pictured, joined DTZ a year ago and now manages shopping centres in Torquay and Port Talbot and leisure parks in Southampton, Leicester and Huddersfield.
In total, DTZ’s Bristol retail management team manages 1.75m sq ft of retail space and counts Edinburgh House, Englander Group, Moorgarth and Rank Group Gaming Division among its key clients.
Sarah’s promotion is one of 132 across the firm’s European, Middle East and Asian business announced this week.
Senior director and head of DTZ’s Bristol office, Tim Davis, said: “I am delighted to announce Sarah’s promotion. We recognise that our success depends on our people and it is the calibre of our staff, celebrated in these promotions, that will help to carry our business forward.”
DTZ retail asset management team associate director Jessica Steevens added: “We are pleased that Sarah’s hard work has been recognised through this promotion. In the time that Sarah has been with the Bristol shopping centre management team she has made an extremely positive impact on colleagues and clients alike.”
