Industrial developer and asset manager Chancerygate has appointed an experienced project manager in its Bristol office to support its growth ambitions in the South West and South Wales.
Paul Stayte, pictured, joins Chancerygate from the Bristol office of nationwide property consultancy Gardiner & Theobald, where he worked as an associate director on the delivery of construction projects.
A chartered surveyor, Paul will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of industrial development projects across the region.
Founded in 1995, Chancerygate is the UK’s largest multi-unit industrial developer and asset manager and the only one operating nationwide.
During the past three years it have developed more than 568,000 sq ft of Grade A industrial space across five schemes in the South West, including on Bristol’s outskirts at Warmley and Emersons Green, worth a combined £76m.
London-headquartered Chancerygate launched its Bristol office last October after hiring development director Rupert Joseland from St Modwen Industrial & Logistics.

The firm, which also has offices in Warrington, Birmingham and Milton Keynes, currently has more than 3.5m sq ft of industrial space under construction or ready for development.
