West property consultancy Alder King has promoted Jonathan Rodaway and Matthew Halstead, based in its Bristol office, and Alison Williams in Swindon, to the position of associate.
Jonathan joined the Bristol office in 2004 as a graduate surveyor, initially working in the firm’s office agency team.
In 2009 he transferred to the asset recovery department where he now specialises in the management of LPA receivership cases on behalf of banks and other lending institutions.
Matthew has been a key member of Alder King in Bristol since 2008, coordinating ‘super major’ planning applications for public and private sector clients including volume housebuilders and emerging energy sector businesses.
He will continue to take a planning lead on major projects as well as play a greater role in expanding the firm’s planning presence across the south west.
In her new role Alison will continue to provide property acquisition and disposal advice to corporate, regional and local clients on industrial, office and retail properties across Wiltshire.
Her most significant recent disposal was the sale of the former Comet Building in Westbury, Wilts, to Welton Bibby & Baron, the UK’s largest manufacturer of paper bags.
