Following the success of the inaugural South West PA of the Year Awards last year, Bristol Business News and its sister titles including the recently-launched WestBusinessNews magazine, have again teamed up with prestigious Ston Easto
n Park Hotel, near Bath, to stage the South West PA of the Year Awards 2013.
PAs are often the unsung heroes of an organisation. A steadying influence during challenging times, they are professional, reliable and pivotal to an organisation’s success. Yet they often go unrecognised – until now.
The PA of the Year Awards will take place on July 4 when the winners will receive their accolades following a champagne tea on the hotel’s beautiful terrace.
The awards are open to PAs from clubs, associations and the public, private and third sectors.
The categories are:
* South West PA of the Year *Open to PA’s employed for a minimum of one year as of June 2013.
* South West Newcomer of the Year *Open to those who have been employed in a PA role for less than two years as of June 2013.
* Best Event Organised by a PA *Entries valid for events organised between January 2012 – June 2013
The South West PA of the Year Awards are this year being supported by Gloucestershire-based event management company Professional Events Services (PES), which is sponsoring the Best Event Organised by a PA category.
PES has been providing event and project management services to organisations including The FD Centre and World Vision since 2011 and is a professional adviser to The Families in Business Community.
