Accountancy group PKF Francis Clark has appointed experienced solicitor and chartered tax adviser Nicola Manclark as a partner in its growing Bristol office.
Nicola, pictured, previously worked in the legal sector as a corporate tax partner. She joins from the Bristol office of law firm Ashfords, where she spent nearly five years as a corporate tax partner.
Prior to that she spent just over 15 years at Bristol-headquartered Burges Salmon.
Nicola brings 20 years’ experience of advising a wide range of clients, including tech companies and property businesses, on the tax implications of a wide variety of business issues, particularly transactions such as business sales and real estate.
She joins a team of 40-plus tax specialists across PKF Francis Clark’s eight offices and will work closely with the firm’s corporate finance team to guide clients through acquisitions, disposals and other deals.

Since opening nearly three years ago, PKF Francis Clark’s Bristol office on Victoria Street has grown rapidly and now has a team of around 50 people advising a wide range of clients.
