Chartered surveyor and property consultancy Sanderson Weatherall, which has an office in Bristol, has formed a specialist holiday and caravan park division.
The move follows a rebrand of market leaders Edwards and Partners, a niche practice which Sanderson Weatherall acquired in 2013.
The deal added Edwards and Partners’ bases in Tiverton and Yorkshire to Sanderson Weatherall’s office network along with a team specialising in the valuation and sale of leisure property including holiday and mobile home parks. 
At the time of the acquisition, Edwards and Partners had more than 80 UK park businesses worth £130m on its books.
The team at Edwards and Partners, who will now form Sanderson Weatherall’s new division, have been operating for 40 years and successfully dealt with over 1,500 park sales in England, Scotland and Wales.

Sanderson Weatherall has offices in Birmingham, Exeter, Leeds, London, Manchester, Newcastle, Teesside and York as well as Bristol. It employs over 200 people and has a turnover of £15m.
