Property consultancy Alder King has recruited Tom Chapple as a junior building surveyor in its Bristol office.
Tom, pictured, who recently graduated from Nottingham Trent University with an MSc in Building Surveying, will help serve Alder King’s growing portfolio of building consultancy clients. 
Tom’s particular interest in sustainability and energy efficiency will bring experience in an important new market area.
Alder King building consultancy team lead partner Paul Montague said: “We’re delighted to welcome Tom to the team. We’ve seen a significant increase in the volume of work within our discipline, particularly in construction project work. Tom will make a valuable contribution by supporting the team in delivering these projects.”
Alder King’s building consultancy team is now 12 strong, with dedicated teams based in its Bristol, Gloucester, Exeter and Cardiff offices. The team advises public and private sector clients on a wide range of services including dilapidations, project management, refurbishment and construction, surveys and investigations, neighbourly matters and due diligence.
