The commercial property team in national law firm Clarke Willmott’s Bristol office has appointed Sarah Mogford as a partner.
Sarah, pictured, has joined from the Cardiff office of top 100 international commercial law firm Lewis Silkin, where she spent nearly eight years, including the past two years as managing associate. 
Sarah, who has also worked for Addleshaw Goddard in London, advises landlords and tenants across a range of sectors on all areas of commercial property law.
She regularly acts for UK and US corporate occupiers taking office space, primarily in London, and also for tenants in the retail and hospitality sector across the UK.
She also acts for a number of landlords, including investment funds and family offices in relation to assets such as office buildings, retail parks and student accommodation and boasts a wealth of experience drafting and negotiating sale and purchase contracts, leases, core estate management documentation, certificates of title and more bespoke arrangements such as serviced office agreements.
Sarah said Clarke Willmott’s commercial property team had an excellent reputation and a fantastic client base.
“As a new partner, I’m looking to build on these strong foundations and continue to grow the practice, with a particular focus on investment and landlord and tenant work,” she added.
Clarke Willmott also has offices in Birmingham, Cardiff, London, Manchester, Southampton and Taunton.
