Property consultancy Knight Frank in Bristol has appointed Andrew Burt to head its building consultancy team. He joins after nine years at BNP Paribas in Bristol where he was associate director.
The Knight Frank building consultancy division is involved at any stage of a building project’s lifecycle and services include surveying, dilapidations, refurbishments, building reinstatement and project management.
Andrew, 30, pictured, said: “Knight Frank in Bristol has a great reputation and I am keen to help build the business further. With the welcome return to more positive messages from the market, there is a real potential for growth.”
Heads of Knight Frank’s Bristol office, Steve Oades, added: “I am delighted to welcome Andrew aboard. We continue to opportunistically recruit the very best people in the market and Andrew will make a great addition to the Bristol office”.
