Bristol-headquartered international intellectual property (IP) law firm Haseltine Lake Kempner has promoted its chief operating officer Graham Lambert to chief executive.
Graham, pictured, has worked at the firm for 11 years, having joined as finance director.
He become chief operating officer in 2018 and is credited with playing a major role in successfully transforming Haseltine Lake Kempner (HLK) into the top global IP firm with nearly 200 people across its seven offices, including bases in China, Germany and The Netherlands.
HLK was formed in 2019 through the merger of Bristol-based Haseltine Lake and Leeds-based boutique IP law firm Kempner & Partners.
Between them, the two firms had 180 years of combined history, experience and expertise.
Prior to joining HLK, Graham held a number of senior roles across a diverse range of industries, including as finance director at South Wales magazine printing firm Pensord, where he led a successful management buyout.
He qualified as an accountant at a major automotive group and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (FCMA).
