Rapidly expanding construction consultancy Coreus Group has relocated to new offices in Bristol after outgrowing its previous base in the city.
The firm launched in Devon five years ago and opened in Bristol’s Clockwise flexible workspace in 2022.
Now it has taken around 1,500 sq ft in the recently refurbished One Castlepark office scheme as it targets further growth in the city.
Coreus has built a team of 60 offering cost consultancy, project management, development management, building surveying, sustainability and environmental consultancy to clients across various sectors.
As well as offices in Exeter, London and Bristol it will soon in Birmingham and Truro following record trading in its last financial year, when its turnover increased by 46%.
Coreus founder and managing director Andrew Clancy said opening the new office in Bristol was another milestone in the firm’s journey.
“It’s testament to every member of the team, who work so hard to serve our customers to push the business forward,” he said.
“Bristol is a key growth area for the business, with so many forward-thinking companies based here and lots of active Coreus customers.”
Group operations director James Colthart added: “Following a period of sustainable growth and as we surpass 60 people, the new office provides the perfect space for us.
“Good is not good enough anymore when it comes to the working environment and we’ll continue to ensure we’re providing a place of work that equally supports the wellbeing of our employees but is also a space for them to thrive.”
Coreus continues to secure transformational projects across the region in sectors spanning education, residential commercial and healthcare.
Clients include the NHS, Avon & Somerset Police, South Gloucestershire Council, University of Exeter, Marriott Group and Swansea Council.
To celebrate its new Bristol premises, the firm held a cheese and wine night attended by more than 50 business leaders from across the city.
