Bristol-headquartered firm Veale Wasbrough Vizards (VWV) is to move into its new landmark harbourside HQ in the city next month as it continues to expand.

The firm is to occupy 39,000 sq ft in Narrow Quay House, pictured – the former headquarters of rival law firm Burges Salmon – which it has completely refurbished.

A central glass atrium that stretches the height of the building has been added, allowing light to cascade throughout the five open-plan floors. As well as being larger than VWV’s current base in Orchard Court, off The Centre, Narrow Quay House also boasts more client meeting rooms and a larger conference suite for the firm to host its busy annual programme of events.

The short move from its current office will take place over the weekend of November 7-8 to ensure client services are unaffected when staff arrive in the new base on Monday November 9.

Managing partner Simon Heald said: Narrow Quay House is now a state-of-the-art business centre, synonymous with our brand and values. A fantastic new environment for both clients, contacts and staff, our move will not only allow the firm to continue to grow, but enable us to retain an accessible location in the heart of Bristol.”

The move follows the recent expansion of VWV’s Birmingham office, as well as further growth in its London office with eight new recruits having joined since July.
