Orega, the privately-owned serviced office provider, has appointed Bristol-based Morton Property Consultants to acquire a number of offices for it across the South West and South Wales.
The London-based firm, which already has a centre on Bristol’s Victoria Street, is expanding as corporate requirements change to a more flexible way of working. 
Morton Property Consultants will be looking for suitable space for Orega of around 20,000 sq ft in city centre locations.
Orega opened its first centre in 2001 and now operates six in London, three in Manchester and two in Brussels. It also has centres in Aberdeen, Liverpool, Birmingham and Gatwick.
Joint owners Paul Finch and Zachary Douglas have established a reputation for integrity and professionalism in a highly competitive market, creating contemporary working environments.
Morton Property Consultants was launched two months ago by Philip Morton, one of Bristol’s most prominent property agents who had spent more than 25 years working for some of the region’s largest agencies.
