Pioneering technology developed by Bristol firm Northstar Innovation Group with the aim of revolutionising the recruitment industry has won a major award within a year of its launch.
The Northstar platform uses trade-secret algorithms to map, manage and visualise the performance of recruitment businesses.
The platform came first in the Best Recruitment Technology category at the inaugural Recruitment International’s Supplier Awards.

Winners in the Recruitment International Supplier awards were chosen by client testimonials and feedback as part of the application process.
Glyn Blaize is also managing director of Bristol-based recruitment industry management consultancy Addocura.
