Empty Government office space close to Bristol Temple Meads station is to be opened up by Business West to encourage start-up businesses to make the transition from home to their first office.
Business West Launch Point, in Rivergate, Temple Quay, pictured, will offer affordable space with easy-in, easy-out monthly terms plus access to the business organisations mentors and advisers.
The £150 a month bill includes a dedicated workstation with wi-fi and broadband, onsite security. Utilities and business rates are also included. Businesses signing up by the end of September get the third month free.
Businesses will gain access to the wide ranging support provided by Business West including onsite access to mentors and business advisers as well as 12 months’ free membership of Business West’s chambers of commerce with all its events and networking opportunities.

Business West is to open a second Launch Point soon at Aztec West, North Bristol.
