Bristol-based occupational psychology consultancy Edgecumbe, which works with clients ranging from Lloyds Bank and Rolls-Royce to the Lotus F1 team, has struck a strategic partnership to widen its offering.
The link-up with WorkBuzz, a pioneer in market-leading employee survey software, means Edgecumbe can now empower organisations to make data-driven decisions that drive employee engagement, improve leadership effectiveness, and ultimately enhance business outcomes.
Edgecumbe, which has 25 years’ experience consulting for companies of all sizes across the world, specialises in leadership assessment, development and employee engagement.
Grounded in scientific research, its packages help organisations unlock the full potential of their leaders and teams.
Milton Keynes-based WorkBuzz was launched in 2018 by Steven Frost, who had previously run an employee engagement consultancy.
It is now used by clients including Shell Energy, Premier Foods, HS2, Hovis and restaurant chain Five Guys to help gather real-time feedback from their people, improve employee experience and build a more inclusive culture.
Edgecumbe said the partnership would leverage its deep understanding of leadership assessment and development alongside WorkBuzz’s cutting-edge employee survey software.
Edgecumbe head of research and analytics Patrick Kelly said: “The WorkBuzz platform gives us the opportunity to enrich our services further and deliver even greater value to our clients.
“By combining Edgecumbe’s expertise in occupational psychology and employee engagement with WorkBuzz’s innovative survey technology, we can provide organisations with evidence-based actionable insights to optimise their leadership strategies and cultivate a thriving workplace culture.”
