Law firm Foot Anstey has partnered with Europe’s most comprehensive reproductive health benefits provider to introduce an enhanced fertility and family-forming and gender-based health benefit for its staff.
Starting this month, all employees will have access to unlimited one-to-one wellbeing support and advice from Fertifa.
Under the partnership the firm, which has an office in Bristol, will offer employees’ financial reimbursement for clinical treatment up to £15,000.
Expert resources will also be available for all reproductive health journeys beyond fertility and family-forming.
This includes women’s reproductive health and menopause plus men’s reproductive, sexual and hormonal health.
Foot Anstey group HR director Felix Hebblethwaite, pictured, said the firm had a strong track record of prioritising and advocating for staff wellbeing.
“Our partnership with Fertifa is the next step for us in supporting individuals across the firm with their fertility challenges, family forming or other reproductive health journeys,” he added.
All Foot Anstey employees will have access to a monthly webinar series including Q&A with Fertifa’s medical team, educational content, awareness and HR/line manager training materials all available in the Fertifa app.
In addition, they will have access to free video discovery calls with Fertifa nurse practitioners and unlimited one-to-one support and advice via in-app chat and email.
For staff who undertake clinical treatment such as, IVF, IUI or ICSI, require consultant advice or tests and investigations, Foot Anstey is reimbursing the costs in line with a lifetime allowance.
The process and compliance is administered by London-based Fertifa, which works with a raft of blue-chip employers including Aviva, Virgin and Centrica, to protect employee privacy and ensure policy compliance and eligibility.
Foot Anstey employs 590 people across its offices in Bristol, Exeter, London, Plymouth, Southampton, Taunton and Truro.
