Leonard Curtis, the national business solutions group that advises small and medium-sized firms, has recruited Sean Ward as a manager in its Bristol office.
The group, whose core offering spans legal advice to debt finance, said Sean’s appointment followed a period of strong growth and high levels of demand for its business rescue and recovery services.
Sean, pictured, has more than 12 years’ experience in the restructuring industry, three of which were spent working offshore in the British Virgin Islands and the Channel Islands with accountancy group EY.
A chartered certified accountant and licensed insolvency practitioner, he has also worked for Mazars, KPMG and Menzies.
Leonard Curtis Bristol director Andy Beckingham said: “Sean is well known in the Bristol marketplace and beyond for his calm and successful approach to difficult business restructuring challenges. We are very pleased that he has chosen to join our team.”
Sean added: “I am delighted to have returned to Bristol and joined Leonard Curtis, a firm which has developed an excellent reputation and achieved strong growth in recent years, both locally and in the wider UK marketplace.
“I am looking forward to working with them to offer the restructuring solutions that our clients will need in order to navigate these difficult market conditions.”
Bury-headquartered Leonard Curtis employs nearly 250 people across its 19 regional offices – one of which is offshore on Guernsey.
