Andy Braithwaite has joined the Bristol office of South West law firm Ashfords as head of its commercial team.
Andy, pictured, who previously worked at Thrings and Osborne Clarke in Bristol, strengthens the firm’s commercial and technology offer, providing in-depth expertise in a wide range of IT transactions and technology issues. 
Ashfords’ technology sector and commercial team are nationally recognised for their quality of advice and sector expertise.
Andy is ranked and acknowledged as a leading individual in the technology field by both the legal sector’s respected directories – Legal 500 and Chambers.
With more than 30 years’ experience, he advises clients in areas such as development and service agreements, sales and customer acquisition, including customer contracts, trading terms and service level agreements.
