The Bristol office of commercial property consultancy Knight Frank has promoted Nick Thurston from associate to partner in the firm’s capital markets team.
Nick, pictured, joined Knight Frank in 2010 having worked in commercial property agencies in Bristol and a development company in London. He moved to the capital markets team in 2012.

The Knight Frank investment team in Bristol transacted deals of more than £150m over the past year.
Recent deals include the £33m purchase of Skanska’s 66 Queen Square showpiece office scheme by Aviva Investors and the £5.8m sale of Abbey Wood Business Park, Filton, for LaSalle Investment Management to Schroders’ Multi-Let Industrial Property Unit Trusts, which at 5.09% set a new prime multi-let industrial yield for the South West.
