Commercial property consultancy Knight Frank has recruited James Redman as a partner to head its lease advisory team in Bristol.
James, pictured, has arrived from Alder King’s Bristol head office, where he worked in the professional services team on landlord and tenant and valuation work. He joined Alder King as a graduate before qualifying as a chartered surveyor in 2005. 
He has acted as an expert witness in numerous rent review arbitrations and independent expert determinations and recently became one of the few people in the South West to be appointed to the RICS President’s Panel of Independent Experts for rent review and lease renewal dispute resolution.
Knight Frank’s Bristol lease advisory team carries out lease restructures, lease renewals and rent reviews for a wide range of industrial, office and retail clients on both the landlord and tenant side across the South West and South Wales.
