Independent commercial building consultancy Hollis has promoted Gavin Scriven to the role of associate in Bristol.
Gavin, pictured, who was previously a senior chartered building surveyor, has been part of the Hollis team for nearly six years, and specialises in landlord and tenant matters, working with clients such as LCP, AEW and Patron Capital.
Prior to joining Hollis he worked for Atkins as an assistant building surveyor in its property and design team.
Hollis Bristol partner James Key said: “My sincere congratulations to Gavin on his promotion. He’s been a valuable member of the team since joining us nearly six years ago and it’s fantastic to see his career continue to flourish.
“The Bristol office has had a very strong year and I look forward to seeing the business go from strength to strength in 2020.”
Hollis, which last year rebranded from its original name of Malcolm Hollis, has 19 offices in the UK and Europe and specialises in service areas such as dilapidations, building surveys, environmental services, project management and mechanical and electrical engineering.
